Altera Fund

 Altera Fund is a Regulation D 506(c) real estate debt fund purpose-built to give accredited investors access to institutional-quality, fixed-income opportunities anchored in premium real estate assets.


We specialize in underwriting and managing positions across design-forward, high-barrier properties — including luxury residential estates, boutique hospitality, and adaptive reuse assets selected for their scarcity, quality, and long-term value. Our vertically integrated structure enables us to originate, design, construct, and manage each investment from end to end, ensuring control, accountability, and capital discipline.
